More time with Little Jon
Again, because of inclement Iowa weather, we were able to spend an extra night with Jon! He stayed at the Nelson house overnight on his way home to western Iowa. He and Dad enjoyed a few good games of chess while Jess, Jamie and Mom decorated the Christmas tree. Dave was, well...drinking a beer and eating goldfish - lots of goldfish.

Iowa City Visit
While we were home in Iowa for the holidays we were able to make it to Iowa City for two nights. (Thanks to the ice we *had* to stay for two nights instead of the planned one night.) It was great to see all of our friends and our old apartment!
